Odisha Develoment Trust organized a felicitation ceremony to felicitate singing talent Smruti Swagat Panda, Shakti Swaroopa Panda and another child scholar Sujata Gadtya.
The Gaislat BDO Sadakar Kumbhar joined as Chief Guest and says, children are the future of the country and their role is pivotal in nation building. It is important to guide them from the very beginning. Many talents die without recognition. And it is the duty of the civil society, government and all to provide right platform and guidance to these talents.
Another guest, Vice Chairman Gaisilat, Pranay Kumar Sahu in his speech extend wishes to the budding talents.
The president of the meeting and Managing Trustee, Odisha Development Trust, Saket Sreebhushan Sahu says, time has changed now and if a child is excelling in any field then he/she should be allowed to follow his/her passion and intuition as future career. It is not necessary that all should go for civil service, medical and engineering etc. If the child has an instinct for any special things he/she should be encouraged for that. Who knows, he/she would be the next Tendulakar, Ambani, Shahrukh, or any Chief Minister or Prime minister a state.
The meeting was followed by various cultural presentations. At the end of the meeting Jagdish Panda gave vote of thanks on behalf of the organistion.
